Let’s Code – April 2016

by Lincoln Maskey on April 20, 2016

This month we’re doing something a little different.

We are meeting on April 21st at 7PM, that hasn’t changed. However, instead of a presentation, we want to meet up and give each other an opportunity to get some help / help each other out. So what we’re going to try is getting together and just working on our own thing.

Why?

Well it’s a perfect time for you to be surrounded by other people that are also working on stuff, and it will give you a chance to ask for and offer help for actual, real problems.

Don’t have anything you can bring on a laptop? Turn up anyway and see what you can learn or teach. If you do have something you can work on, bring it in and give yourself a few hours that you can devote to this project (it doesn’t have to be a side project… just bring something you want to work on!)

For now, we’re meeting at Rodd Royalty. We are pretty sure we’ll be able to get a booth or two if need be, but note that there won’t be any wifi available to us. Yes it will be a bit public, but if this goes well, we will find a proper venue that will get us a better space.

Come along and see what’s going on in PHP on the Island!

See you at 7PM on the 21st at Rodd Royalty. Feel free to RSVP at http://www.meetup.com/Atlantic-PHP-User-Group/events/230446680/ or just turn up!
